Missing Payouts

Ever since eBay switched me to Managed Payments (1 1/2 years ago), I have opted to receive daily payouts. So each Monday morning, typically within seconds of one another, Monday’s payout will post to my checking account, followed by both Saturday and Sunday’s deposits. However, today that didn’t happen. I received Monday’s payout like usual, but eBay’s payments for September 17 & 18 never hit my account. I called my bank and they said they didn’t see any pending deposits, but also that they only see deposits once they’ve actually cleared in my account (so in other words, not at all helpful). In “Payments” on eBay, both deposits are under the “Payouts” tab, as per usual, and say “Processed”.  I haven’t made any changes to my payment settings, or updated any account info. I’ve been selling on eBay for three years now, so there are no new seller restrictions placed on my account. I truly have no idea what to do.  Any advice/insight on how to proceed?

I had the same issue too for Saturday and Monday's payouts. I'll also be calling ebay very soon.

Similar situation here.  Spoke with Managed Payments department.  They say they had a system issue that prevented payouts on Saturday and Sunday from actually going out, even though my screen says that the payouts were sent.  Monday's payout was in my bank this morning (Tuesday) as usual, so this is affecting just Saturday and Sunday payouts.  They say they are getting a lot of calls about it this morning and are working to resolve the problem.

I also received no payouts for any funds "processed" over the weekend.

Not only did the payouts not hit my bank account, but the automated emails from eBay which state that they have sent the payouts did not show up either.

My "available funds" are emptied within my seller portal, they show 0.00, any funds from Monday's sales show in my "processing" section, but the ones from over the weekend are just *poof* ... gone.

C'mon, really? They had a problem preventing payments from going out. I wouldn't believe eBay if they told me the sky was blue. EBAY ONLY TAKES NOW, THEY DON'T GIVE.

I’m also missing two payouts from the weekend. I called eBay and they put in a ticket, say they’re aware of the issue. Anyone have any updates?

I am having the same issue missing a payout from 10/22/22

No problems for the last 1.5 years...until last week where I discovered that I had the ability to 'SPEND AVAILABLE FUNDS'.  Never opted in, but today my bank deposit is missing (every Tuesday like clockwork). Ebay says others are calling about the same problem. Just give me my money.

It appears Faye Hemmingway has been losing these payouts. So, she has lost her job in the payments department.
