Ever since eBay switched me to Managed Payments (1 1/2 years ago), I have opted to receive daily payouts. So each Monday morning, typically within seconds of one another, Monday’s payout will post to my checking account, followed by both Saturday and Sunday’s deposits. However, today that didn’t happen. I received Monday’s payout like usual, but eBay’s payments for September 17 & 18 never hit my account. I called my bank and they said they didn’t see any pending deposits, but also that they only see deposits once they’ve actually cleared in my account (so in other words, not at all helpful). In “Payments” on eBay, both deposits are under the “Payouts” tab, as per usual, and say “Processed”. I haven’t made any changes to my payment settings, or updated any account info. I’ve been selling on eBay for three years now, so there are no new seller restrictions placed on my account. I truly have no idea what to do. Any advice/insight on how to proceed?

I have the exact same issue for the same dates.
We'll give it another couple of days and if it doesn't resolve the issue I'll try to call eBay, which of course everyone knows is the worst experience.

I have the same issue as well. Sometimes I don’t get the Monday deposit on time but never do i get the Monday deposit and not the weekend deposits. It’s like they didn’t send the weekends at all.

Same. Got payouts for Friday and Monday, but missing Saturday and Sunday payouts. Which are my big ones.

my weekend payouts are also missing
I normally get a pending on Mondays in my bank about them for deposits on Tuesday.
the payout for today went out at the normal 4am time and I will have a pending by 1pm for it.
I also got the notice about renewing the driver license picture which I sent in this morning
maybe a just a coincidence
I normally get saturday sunday and mondays payment in my bank on tuesday

SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED TO ME!!! ONLY RECEIVED ONE PAYOUT FOR MONDAY SEPT 11 AND SEPT 18 TOTALING 1000 DISAPPEARED EBAY NEVER SENT IT!! Was on the phone with my bank yesterday . Ebay glitches money was never sent!! Theyncan send all the emails to us they want saying they sent deposits doesn't mean jack!! My bank never makes errors they received nothing from sat and Sunday and ebay reps are clueless seems like someone is either stealing alot of money internally or there is a major IT glitch. This forum thread proves its an ebay glitch and not our banks not posting. Too many of us with the same exact issue!! Do any of you bank with chime or stride?

I meant sept 17 and Sept 18 sat and sun deposits were never actually deposited.

Same here, no "Managed Payments" deposited into my bank. Usually arrive Tuesday like clockwork for weekend sales.

As for those who don't know how to get a live rep to talk to you go to your app to the help section or contact us. Then click on account then click on payments then click on speak to automated customer service. When it sends you the auto message just type customer service into the response box. Then they send a message saying a customer service representative will call you back in 2 mins then it asks to verify your phone number. Usually takes me about 3 mins to speak to a live agent. And if I were all of you I'd call IMMEDIATELY so ebay knows this is an I.T. issue and not blame your banks its definitely ebays issue. The reps will try to say to give it more time or check with your bank don't! Just ask for the payments department and tell them to escalate it to the technical support department.

I seem to also be having this issue for sat the 17th payment. This money was supposed to help with the transition time into my new job so I really can’t afford to not receive it…

I just got off the phone with Ebay....They didn't seem to know there is a problem....I notified them of all the complaints on the Community Forum....The rep wrote a ticket and gave it top priority....I will have to wait 24 to 48 hours for a response....Everyone having a problem should contact Ebay so they will get to work on this...

Also having the same issues. Called and they said it is an "IT problem" and opened a ticket.
