I expect that next, Ebay will ask you for the purchase receipts for all those brand new, Apple phones you sold.

My suggestion is to find the receipts for all those phones you sold, because that's the first thing Ebay is going to ask you to provide.  If you cannot provide the receipts, it's going to be tough to get your account back on track. You started off on Ebay selling trading cards for $5-10 dollars.  Then your inventory jumped into multi-hundreds of dollars.  New sellers that start off selling multiple high dollar items right of the bat are under Ebay's radar.  This is to protect the buying community of items that may be fraudulent or stolen.  Not saying this is your case, but the law is down hard on Ebay to enforce this policy because of all the fraud and stolen items sold here.

The money will be sent to your states unclaimed funds department.  You can retain it in 6 months with a proper and current ID.

Good luck.

Well That company protects is stuff very well. If them receipts are not for brand new items and you are selling refurbished, or used items, and are not authorized to sell new stuff you may be in more trouble than you know.

Stolen phones are a problem as well. If you are not sure of your source be aware....

Simply put you are under investigation for the item you have sold.
