Was transferred to managed Payment system , have not received a single payout since September 3rd, all sent payouts are returning back without reaching my account. Have contacted eBay 10 times in 3 weeks period but all they do is making tickets to IT department , but not fixing anything. To be honest I am not impressed with such service, never had this issue with PayPal.
Please contact me if you are experiencing the same problem.

Don't worry, we'll get it fixed ----- in a year or two.
eBay
Just think of all the interest they are making on the funds they are holding.

It would take me a year to air all of my grievances with eBay at this point. And another week or two of this managed payments circus, I'll have to add a year for those grievances too. It's turned out to be a bigger nightmare than I ever imagined. The good news is, Jordan has a shirt and they are all celebrating 25 years while we all kick and scream trying to get them to listen to any of us like they promised to "do better" at a couple months ago. Their "sellerbration" charade must be occupying their time.

I wasn't here when they switched to Pay Pal, but I'm sure they had some problems switching over then.
Give it a little time and once all the bugs are worked out, it should work pretty good.

One would think since they have been fiddling with Managed Payments for a couple of years that all the bugs would be worked out by now. They signed the agreement with Adyen in January 2018 and started rolling it out to sellers in September 2018.
I was selling here before eBay bought PayPal and I signed up before they were involved in PayPal. I don't remember any problems or bugs that happened due to eBay purchasing PayPal. I do remember when they tried to restrict PayPal from being shown as a payment option on checkout which resulted in mass protesting on the boards (we called it the Checkout War). It was pretty brutal ...at that time all the boards had their resident eBay pink and some of them disappeared during Checkout War. I always wondered what happened to eBay Jerry.

Go to your Seller Hub > PAYMENTS
Verify that the checking account on file is correct. Is your registered ebay name the exact same as your checking account name? If not, change your name on ebay to match your checking account name. That is what I had to do back in October 2018.

That's always good advice, but eBay should be able to tell sellers EXACTLY what their problem is and how to fix it going forward. After reading so many posts, it's apparent to me that they don't do this. I have no problem with MP, but so many do, it seems. The CS is absolutely terrible. People with problems are left hung out to dry and everything remains a mystery, even after a couple years. I don't understand why eBay has let this is happen.

A little more time? Is this a joke or are you serious?

I will totally agree with you on this one !! Regards

MANAGED PAYMENTS as a whole is a solid, legitimate way for marketplace platforms to monetize revenue. Many other marketplace platforms use it without near the bumps/glitches here.
eBay's MP process is ridiculous in implementation.
Some day in the future, they may get the bugs out.

I would not be so opposed to managed payments if they would at least let the payments made with pay pal process like they always have and ebay keep out of that one ! Payments made thru other methods let ebay handle it ! Pal pal is established and it works so why does ebay have to throw a wrench in that ? Ebay could allow this and it would be a fair compromise ! I would not be so opposed to MP under these kind of conditions ! It is not asking that much ! Leave the pay pal out of the MP process ! I think many sellers would be more on board ! Ebay would still make money of selling fees but the way it is at the moment they are losing money from sellers that will not sign up. Ebay never bends and always with every change theyforce the seller to change. If ebay would just let sellers get their payments made with pay pal payments as before then ebay would get a bid score from me and others !! I have went along with every single policy change they have created but I really do have issues on this one. Ebay could fix this problem. Why would any seller be opposed to that fix ? It is a good and fair compromise in my opinion and ebay would start making money again from the sellers that have not and will not want to sign up the way it stands ! Regards

It isn't rational to think that all MP-related issues are b/c of eBay or the MP system. I signed up with zero issues - it couldn't have been easier. I've received two payouts, as expected, and am set for another disbursal on Tuesday. I'm not saying that every issue is with the seller, but, come on - don't those with issues recognize that they might be doing something wrong?

But ebay has given sellers a choice of weekly or daily payouts right ?? Then the sellers that have chosen daily payouts should be getting them daily as promised including weekends and holidays !! The payments are not coming in like promised !!! There are many threads and post concerning this fact !

And there are many THOUSANDS of sellers that don't comment on here. They are all getting their payments just fine. You only read about people that are having problems and whining about it on here. Do you know how many sellers ebay has in managed payments that have no problems? They don't come here. They just make money and run their business. There are not that many posts by people having problems compared to the number of people with no problems and post nothing about it here. Find a place to sell your items that will let you have the money the minute it is sold and go there. You have no experience with managed payments yet you think you are more knowledgeable than all the people that do have experience with it. You know nothing about it except what you choose to believe from the other whiners on here.
