Was transferred to managed Payment system , have not received a single payout since September 3rd, all sent payouts are returning back without reaching my account. Have contacted eBay 10 times in 3 weeks period but all they do is making tickets to IT department , but not fixing anything. To be honest I am not impressed with such service, never had this issue with PayPal.
Please contact me if you are experiencing the same problem.

Thank you for telling me I am correct. You know nothing about it except from other people that whine about it. You have no first hand knowledge nor do you accept any comments from people that have good things to say about it. You are only interested in the bad comments and complaints from others. You ignore the fact that THOUSANDS of people use it just fine. And most of the complaints are just about waiting for the money. As I said, go find a place to sell that will give you instant money. You ignore half of what I say. Just like you do with everybody.

where did you get statistics that actually can indicate there are 1000s of pleased sellers ?? You have none !! period

You say... You ignore the fact that THOUSANDS of people use it just fine.
I ask...
Since it has taken two years to get Thousands in MP that use it just fine, how long will it take to get the other 25 million in?
You also said... most of the complaints are just about waiting for the money.
I say...Imagine going into store and making a purchase that totals $10.25 you hand the cashier $20.25 and the cashier smiles, says Thank you, i'll give you your change in a couple of days after its processed.
i expect that you might complain. You'd have every right to. I would too. Let the man or woman complain. It is his/her perogative to do so. You don't have to respond or even acknowledge any post, Your perogative.
I am not in MP either, that doesn't discount my perogative to be dismissive of the implementation of the program. IF/WHEN eBay decides to publicly publish what and how MP works you might be surprised how many people that use it just fine now, will want out. What MP information here on site is, is just marketing, only what they think will coax members to join willingly. Once in they gotcha', the only way out is closing your account, here and everywhere else.
I want to read the bill before I agree to sign.

I want to thank you for your support and understanding ! I have really not triad to come to these boards to create any enemies ! I am frustrated however and I do know I am not alone but how would things ever maybe change unless someone speaks up ! I know some are getting by ok with MP but I have had to come to my defense to often just because I do strongly disagree with MP ! I just think now of all times because of this virus thing when some people need their money much much faster ebay picked a helluva bad time to push the process so hard and truthfully to many sellers money needs to get in their hands much faster than what MP is dishing it out ! Take care and thanks again

I wouldn't be surprised if there was millions already in MP. And your "store" analogy makes absolutely no sense.

That's a false equivalence - in your scenario you are the BUYER and the STORE is taking the money. But what actually happens is that if you, as the buyer, hand over a credit card, the store would process it (paying the 3% merchant's processing fee, incidentally) you'd go on your way with your purchase, and they would then wait for their OWN reimbursement until the payment is processed and booked to your credit card. YOU ARE THE STORE.
Now if you said that you preferred the instant gratification of getting the paypal money straight away, I would agree - it was very convenient, I liked it too. But on the flip side, we also could only take one form of Payment. What if you walked into a store and wanted to buy something, and they only took say American Express - I'd think they were barmy - only one payment system?
I'm just saying this needs to be looked at from all angles. And yeah, the bugs are still being ironed out. I recall a bumpy road when we were all switched to Paypal, too, though - lo these many years ago.
