I am trying to change the bank account information I currently have on file and am hitting a road block. When I attempt to update my information I am faced with a prompt to fill in the entire account number for the previous account on file. I do not know this number and I have since deleted and closed this account. I have contacted them to find a solution and they won't give me any information. In the meantime, I have had two payouts issued to the account mentioned and I am confused as to how a payout can be issued to an account that is closed. Where did the money go?How do I update my MP on eBay to reflect my current bank account if I cannot confirm my previous account number?

Don't you have a bank statement with your account number on it?
Go to your bank and they can tell you what your closed account number was.
I think you need to add your new account on eBay before you remove your old one.

So the bank I used was Cash App/Sutton Bank and I told them the situation and their robotic automated assistance won't lift a finger to assist me. They claim that since I closed the account they cannot tell me the account number. I am unable to change my eBay payout to the new account number because eBay requires me to know the full account number of the closed account. I can't find it anywhere.

Cash App is a financial services platform, not a bank. I believe eBay only allows a real bank checking account for managed payments.
You should remove your listings until you have attached a checking account so you can be paid.
You might have to register as another name and start all over.
eBay sends money they can't deposit in your checking account to your state's treasury dept and there you can claim the unclaimed funds after a long wait.
