I have sales from Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Had they all paid thru paypal, I could have filled my orders and transferred the money to my bank last night. I would have gotten it tomorrow. I am on the daily pay plan and I got no payout today at all. I tried to chat with eBay and it said someone will be with you in approximately 1 minute. I waited 21 minutes. I then chose a call back and it stated someone would call me back within 1 hour. 18 hours later eBay calls and I am unable to answer call, so start the whole **bleep** long process over again!! I am not happy with eBay at the current time and the new Managed Payments sucks!!!! Does anyone know how to opt out after joining?

I'm sorry for your stress, but there is no way around Managed Payments. If you feel you want to, give it a chance. A lot going on in everyone's lives.
I wish you the light to find the right road for your business.
To a successful fall season,
Grandma

First I know it is really hard to accept because it is what we are use to, but clearly we are not using PP anymore as our money processor. So while they were wonderfully flexible and easy to use, this is history and we have to let it go. It isn't coming back for sellers as they move into MP. I know that sounds harsh and as much as I don't like it at all, it is the truth. We have to let go and move forward with what we have to work with, which is MP.
This won't be so hard on your nerves once you learn a few things about MP. Now I will explain them because I understand it. But PLEASE do not take my explanation as a defense for the program or that I like this in any way. I can explain it but I don't like it.
MP processes on Business Days only. It takes 1-2 business days to clear a payment and move it to pending transfer. So payments received Thursday through Sunday will have the delays need for MP to complete their clearing process of 1-2 days.
Once the payments have cleared they move to Available Funds. Now it is going to depend on if you have set up your account for daily payouts [again, business days only] or weekly payouts [every Tuesday]. Once your money has moved to Available funds it should transfer to your bank account on the next business day. You can see what day your Available funds are going to transfer in your Seller Hub under the Payments Tab.
Once you payment has actually transferred out, it can take 1-4 days to reach your bank. For me, I bank with a big bank and my deposits are there the next day. But for some that use smaller more local banks it can take longer.
Now why did you not get a payout today. It is possible that your Friday payments from buyers didn't clear until today. Same with your Saturday and Sunday. As I stated before it takes 1-2 business days to clear the funds. But now go back and look at your Payments Tab. It will tell you when your next transfer is scheduled and for the $$ that will be transferred. Keep in mind that if more payments clear before they actually do the transfer, the transfer amount could increase.

You have to really think about it.
There's only one way to opt out.
It's a big decision, take your time and really think about it before you decide.
Good luck.

We feel your pain. We have had no payout for 5 weeks now. We have not received even ONE payment since switched to Managed Payments over a month ago. Money just sits in "Available Funds" day after day. Several calls and emails to support have done nothing for us except getting promised that it should be fixed by "IT" within 48-72 hours. All of our info is verified, and all transactions are completed. The fix never happens. Now, recent options by board members include contacting BBB, our state Attorney General or even Ina Steiner. This should not be necessary, as we have been selling here for 20 years, and never had an issue with any funds until now. It is very hard to live when your main source of income is cut off. Our bills have come due, and eBay cannot figure out why we haven't received any funds. We are getting very worried about this, as we have little money to live on outside of eBay. This is not what we were promised when we were switched to Managed Payments. Good luck to you.

Ebay is my main source of income and your story is scaring me to death.
I have been trying to get verified for months and every time they tell me I need something else. Just got off with "senior", lol, MP guy who told me it is a seamless process and MP is an amazing program with little to no hiccups, I just laughed.
My bank is not on the list which is why he told me I need all these documents. But every time I send one they say they need something else, I am convinced they want to rid all small sellers.
I told him my wife's bank is on the list and she did the whole log in thing and they told her she could not be confirmed!!
He said that is something that rarely happens, 9-10 are verified instantly, but he couldn't explain why it would happen, her bank even texted her a code while she logged in, WTH!
I am beyond disgusted, they just want to get rid of us, we need another platform ASAP.

Recently on a different thread a seller with similar problems as you found out that there was an bug of some sort in their account set up. That is an Ebay issue, not a you issue. So maybe when you talk with them the next time you could get them to just clear all the MP info on your account and allow you to enter it fresh. It seemed to work for the other seller.

mangled payments is a crock of @#$% !!! I chose to not sign up and can no longer list on ebay and it is their loss not mine. I will make money still but ebay will not off of me anymore. This is ebays worst and most unfair change yet. good luck to you

I haven't had any problems. I signed up for weekly payments on Tuesdays and get them every time.
