MP returns "holds Released" system failure- only released FVF portion of the entire hold

Just went through my first return in Managed Payments..... This system is bogus!!!! Held my money for 2 weeks. then actually takes the return money out of available payout AGAIN when I refunded today. So I am literally out the $ for the whole return process waiting to get item back  - then I am out double the cost of the return until ebay releases the hold- thus delaying may payment at least another 2 days.   IT GETS WORSE- they just released the hold but only for $2.36 instead of the total 24.99.  CS told me there is an active site glitch that is only releasing the FVF portion of the hold. Problem is now that the Payments page has no record anywhere of the original correct hold. No proof that it was 24.99 and not 2.36

  This is ridiculous!!!!! Another return that timed out because the person never actually returned the item has been held for 3 weeks, now I have to wait another 5 business days (read 8 actual days) to get it released.... then another 4 to have it actually hit my bank- hopefully.   That means EBAY took out an interest free loan with my $ for over a month for a return that ended up really never existing.  Why is ebay harming seller's cash flow for their own profit? Is that how a partnership works in their mind? I thought that this was the "year of making Ebay the selling platform of choice with sellers"

Who needs enemies when you have a "partner" like ebay undermining your business?

Agent said that they recently onboarded another 5% of sellers and that sparks up another round of problems and glitches.............. EBAY -STOP onboarding more people  into this hobbled together sub-par programming mess until you get it more stable. Please

Sorry to hear this but it sounds like exactly what I expected ebay's idea of 'managed' to look like;

Didn't you hear? EBay has decided that they'd just switch the payout formula around. You get their share and they get yours. LOL 😆
