I have been told that the managed payments would take place at the end for the year for two years. Tired of the incompetents at Paypal and their "don't care" attitude.Anybody had any problem switching over?

How to send a refund in eBay?

I want to refund a buyer for overpayment of shipping. Before I could just go to PayPal and issue a refund. Now, with the MP situation, I don't know how the buyer paid and how to issue a refund. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
