I recently got MC011 restricted and I suspect it's because they linked my old account to me. My original account fell below standard because I was a noob and was late on some shipments so I made a new account and was the perfect seller. They then restricted that account and told me to go back onto my original account and get it above standard. It took me about 6 months of sales to get back above standard. Perfect sale history with no unresolved claims. I've been above standard for about 3 months and recently joined managed payments.
I have about $20k worth of payout. 10k has been shipped and the other $10k worth of items are waiting to be shipped.
I've been looking at forums and it seems as if most people that get the MC011 restriction never get there accounts back. So should I even bother shipping out this extra 10k worth of items just for ebay to ban my account and never payout? The customer will obviously be refunded in a week or so by ebay

@project-nebulous. Opening a new account when one is restricted is very against policy. As you found out they link accounts then both are banned.
I normally never say this but you should cancel the sales and not ship. I would be very concerned about getting the payout.
I have never heard of a seller coming back from this type of restriction.

It's true many seller who get an MC011 don't reinstated but obviously you did so fill the orders!
One thing absolutely for sure, if you cancel all those orders you WILL be permanently suspended with no chance at all of every coming back.
eBay will not seize funds in your Managed Payment account except in the case of a buyer claim. even if you are subject to holds on funds the holds will be released when buyers receive their orders and you will get your money.
