Lack of Automatic Fee Deductions and Other Musings

First I would like to say this new payment system is ridiculous. "We will manage your payouts how we see fit with little to no customization options". 

If they are going to manage our payments, offer something beneficial in return. They force us to handle our payments and offer no "value add" in return. Offer automatic fee deductions/payments so we dont have to carefully stash 10-15% of our sales away for a giant payment once a month.  Offer customization options such as transferring different percentages of sales to different accounts(ie. an account for COGS, other overhead, profits, etc). Offer working capital loans or business loans like paypal does. If you are going to act like our bank, then act like our bank. Don't pretend to be our bank just to scrape another 3% on top of our already ridiculous fees.

Managed payments automatically deducts the fees from your sales. Fees have basically not changed at all. Sounds like you're not in managed payments yet?

MP deducts the FVF from payouts.  You can also select to have the cost of the shipping labels deducted from payouts.

Then at the end of the month, the seller's invoice will only include listing fees for upgraded features, any credits, store subscription fee.

I am frustrated that every shipping label I create is now deducted from my checking account. This is an accounting nightmare. They hold my money for a week but will not deduct my shipping fees from that balance but from my checking account. While I have $600 sitting in "pending" status I had to use $81.00 from my checking to pay for shipping labels. I would like my shipping fees to come from my balance. I hope there is a way to do this. I have clicked on every link available and nothing.
