Why was I billed for a label that I did not purchase?  I NEVER buy labels. I am perfectly capable of making my own. I don't know; maybe you have been charging me all along and I just didn't pay attention.

We're just a bunch of sellers, not ebay admin.

Do you have the line item in your invoice where you're actually being charged for purchasing a label here? It would help us to troubleshoot this.

Where did you see a charge for a label you did not buy from ebay?

In your Transactions?

How do you make your own shipping labels?

Are you saying that you make a "to - from" label, and then take it someplace to pay for shipping?

Are you referring to a shipping label? 

Are you referring to the sale of the Vintage Voigtlander Bessamatic with 5 lens, accessories and Zoomar lens on January 24? 

When you received notice of the payment from the buyer, did you click on the link to ship it? 

If so, you were purchasing a label and you were charged for it. (Buyer paid you for the label when they paid for the item. You use those funds and pay for the shipping label to send it to them.)

When you purchase the label, you are charged for it.

Need more info.  It is a postage paid shipping label?  A seller issued return label?  See what the billing says.

Ebay does not sell labels for shipping.

Ebay has a portal hooked up to USPS,UPS, and FedEx for sellers to buy a shipping service from them. BUT that is not just a label, as it includes the cost to ship. Shipping is not free.

You probably had to pay for a return shipping label...(my guess, HAD being the important part of my comment)
