Sold item on ebay $2000. Listed on ebay as LOCAL PICKUP ITEM ONLY - NO SHIPPING in 3 different places in description. Buyer paid with PayPal. PayPal held funds for 21 days to confirm no issues with transaction. Beginning on day of purchase and again on 2 other days a few weeks apart I contacted buyer to find out when she would be picking up the item. Right after payment buyer and ebay contacted me to find out if I would agree to cancel transaction. I did not agree and buyer did not file any dispute with ebay or PayPal. After the 21 day wait Paypal made the funds available to me and I withdrew from PayPal. A few days later buyer filed dispute with PayPal stating she did not receive item. I responded to PayPal listing info as included here. Paypal indicated buyer had the purchase price reversed on her credit card. PayPal took about a week to investigate and then canceled the transaction and charged back the selling price and some fees to me. Hardly seems equitable. Is there anything I can do?

Hello,
If you relist, put "LOCAL PICKUP / NO SHIPPING" in the title line description.
In item description area put "LOCAL PICKUP / NO SHIPPING" before you begin to describe anything. Then repeat it a couple more times.
Good luck!

Ownership takes place upon delivery not upon payment. If delivery doesn't happen you can't keep the money. Simple concept. You can't keep the item and the money.
