1099 for managed payments?

Will Ebay being sending out 1099 to managed payment sellers since PayPal will no longer being doing that?

If you sell the $20,000 and 200 items, under MP, they will............  If you earned part in paypal and part in MP, you won't get one from either entity.......  If you earned that in both......you will get a 1099 from each......

• If you trigger the limits to receive a 1099 from PayPal, you'll receive a 1099 from PayPal.
• If you trigger the limits to receive a 1099 from eBay's Managed Payments program, you'll receive a 1099 from eBay/Managed Payments.
• If you trigger the limits to receive a 1099 from both, you'll receive a 1099 from both.

...so a seller has to sell 200 items + $20K from MP alone for 1099 tax form, and as the same for PayPal...?

...it's not a combination...?

...in that case, so many could escape the trap from IRS...(cheerful...!)
