Item sold and shipped on the 5th no payout yet 8th how do I contact these people? Where is my money?

Now that Ebay is managing my accounts I am not getting paid. Although I paid shipping it went to Pay Pal!  Says the transaction processed---no payout! I need help and can't get anyone to help me. Help!

It takes about 2 business days for ebay to process the payment and then about another 2 days for the funds to be transferred to your account.

As soon as the payment is processed, which usually takes two business days, they will send the funds to your checking account.

go to seller hub and select payment tab.  it has summary if you just want to see your orders and their status.  it does take approximately 2 BUSINESS days for the payment to be considered completed (not a guarantee but pretty much that's the schedule).  Depending on your payout frequency you selected ebay will begin the movement of funds to your bank of all completed transaction depending on payout schedule of all completed sales.  Sale from Thursday and Friday mostly move to completed on Sunday night or Monday.  

it will also take a couple of day or so for your money to show in your bank account after ebay finally sends it out.

You can pay for your shipping label from pending funds if you select that option from the bottom of the print shipping label page if you do not want to pay for labels from paypal.  

MP does take getting used to.  the information you need to follow the money is there. Not always easy to find but once you get used to it you can at least be informed and not wondering where the money.

should have been here today! Will wait until midnight. Why did I pay for shipping thru PayPal when ebay is managing this. I have a feeling I sent item to this person did not receive payment plus I paid for shipping. It said sold!  This person was trying to buy this from me and made a number of offers that I refused. under another user name. Than came in with a (1) under the different user name and paid me what I was asking for.  Ebay let that go thru even though I say no to any one without a history.  The user names are linked somehow. Thanks for replying. Can't get ANYONE on ebay to help me.

They don't do any money processing on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

Your buyer bought on Friday. Saturday and Sunday everything stopped
processing and it started back up again Monday.

So when they say on average it takes two days to process before they send
it. That doesn't mean two calendar days that means two processing days.

I haven't had a payout sent since March 2, 2021. I will be calling Ebay tomorrow.
