Issuing a refund after payment

I have listed several similar items saying I will combine shipping if they request an invoice. A new buyer (40 fb) has purchased two items, and I would like to ship them together and offer the discount (which would be $3). how would you suggest to be the best way to do that?

Right now my seller page gives me the option to print two separate shipping labels.

You can still combine both items into the same package and only print one label. After you go to the other item and use the drop down menu on the left to mark it as shipped. You can add in the exact same tracking number. Then you can issue a partial refund for $3.00 just like you could with PP before. It's all very easy, just take your time and go slowly to insure you are selecting correctly. Best of luck to you....

Partial refunds are a snap in MP. Using the drop down menu to the left of the order, select 'Send Refund', enter the amount, confirm and submit. Ship as @lamber9347 recommends... it's super efficient. Good luck to you.
