Ebay won't verify business for payments

I've uploaded my articles of incorporation, business licenses, etc etc. They all get rejected, at this point I have no clue what they want, and for a billion dollar company their "customer service" is on a par with a bait shop own by an orangutan.

How to track sales income activity under managed payments

We have been using GoDaddy to track our sales but it pulled from PayPal. Now that ebay went to managed payments how are people tracking their sales activity? My expenses are showing up in GoDaddy but my income has no activity since January 18th?
