Issue with a seller

How can I get a help in eBay? I bought an item, the seller never sent me the item, I already open a case and I never had a solution, the case was closed and again the seller never responded. How can I get my refund? EBay don’t have any solution of that? This is my first problem in eBay since 10 years.

you got scammed. best way is to call fbi or police about it. ebay doesn't help people. I reported scammers and they still sell.

When you open a case, the seller gets a fixed # of days to respond. After that, YOU need to go back to the case and tell eBay you want them to get involved. If you don't do that, eBay assumes everything worked out, and the case closes automatically.

If you paid with PayPal, you can open a case there. Just don't repeat the mistake of letting it time out.
