I have to vent,I am at my end wits with a non payment since Nov.And no one will help me, how can I get my money from a sale I have sent and invoice, said she paid with cc but I never saw where she paid.she has all my information.I'm ready to get out of Ebay.Also have another who just wont respond to payment either

You have file for non-payment.  In the seller hub, you should have a link for items eligible to file a non-payment case.  You have to do this days, not weeks after a sale.  Otherwise, I believe that eBay charges you for the FVF, regardless of whether or not the buyer eventually pays.

in the future, you can make your item sales require immediate payment, which would get rid of non-payers.  This only works with buy it now items - not auctions.

For the Nov. item, t's too late to file the UnPaid Item to have your fee reversed.

You only have 30 or 32 days to do so.

For the new item, you could start the UPI as soon as 2 days after end of auction.

You use Paypal to receive buyers' payments.

Never ship until you've seen the payment transaction in your Paypal account & Paypal tells you it is OK to do so.

Get the money in your account first and then ship, does not matter how buyer pays, that is the way it always was, very important if you ship high ticket items. Good Luck!

Go to your seller hub click on payment then summary on left to see if there is a payment reflected.If not she did not pay

On 2nd buyer file a non paying bidder case once closed the transaction will done and you then relist

No user will be compelled to follow thru and generally its better they back out rather than do a buyer protection not as described return(which you would be compelled to accept and will receive an account ding for)

To avoid non payers list buy it now and tick immediate payment required on listing form.Listing does not end until paid for.
