Why cant I get in contact with anyone at EBAY to resolve my managed payent issue?

For months now ebay has been sending my payments to an account that is not mine.

ive updated the info 100x with a screenshot of my account and everything and it wont update.

 

The knowledge page is of no use.

I cant call or contact anyone because it keeps saying " contact channelnot available "

I have thousands of dollars in sales...that I shipped using my own money since the managed payments are not coming to my account.

 

I keep getting billed monthly and paying my dues ontime but I cant get any help to resolve this issue and get paid.

Well this is a mess during the times.

Contact with eBay reps would have to be turned over to a payment specialist.

If you use the call back option then you need to disable all your spam setting on your phone.

The one thing I can say is your information to your account should be EXACTLY as it is for your information on eBay.

 

For eBay, I am seeing this mess fast becoming a liability with the lack of support for MP that has been shown.

I've tried the call back option...NO ONE EVER CALLED!

I've tried fcebook/twitter, no luck.

There is no number to call, the customer center is unavailable.

 

I have 30 orders to ship with 2 overdrafts in my account and the payments going to an account # which is not mines and no way to remedy or talk to someone but ebay keeps taking my monthly fees out of the same checking account somehow, so how are they sending my managed payments to a wrong account?

Go to

 

Seller Hub > Payments > Payout settings

 

I have changed the checking account for receiving payments on 2 different selling accounts, without any problems.

 

Make sure the registered ebay name is identical to the name on the checking account.

It doesn't work!

I have 2 eBay accounts, its not like I don't know what I am doing.

this account doesn't allow me to change the checking account that ebay has ( which is not mines ) to my checking account.

 

it asks me to input the full checking account ( the wrong one ) to make the changes.

I do not know what that full checking account number is because its not my checking account # that I ever entered.

 

I tried to use the " my bank is not on the list " option...Uploaded a screen shot of my bank account with my name and account # ( which matches my registration ) and it keep saying " cannot verify account details".

 

when I try to get someone to call me or contact ebay or use their automated chat system...it says that the contact center/service is unavailable.

 

This is unacceptable.

I'm having the exact same issue, for whatever reason it changes one digit in my bank account number and it is sending money to that account. I tried changing it using the "my bank isn't listed" and the log in via selecting my bank and both result in the wrong digit. 

 

Why isn't there a way to contact ebay easily?

I am having your same exact issue,  it reflects one incorrect digit of the checking account.  I thought perhaps I transposed the digits or missed a number, I re entered my account number, and it does not allow me to update or make any changes until I enter the original account number accordingly. This is not acceptable,  how am I going to enter an account number that they have incorrect.

 

Ebay is not able to verify my identity to confirm the correct account number. I contacted the financial institution they confirmed the attempt for direct deposit, unfortunately, the payments get rejected because the account number is incorrect.

 

Contact Service is not available. I never encountered any issues when PayPal managed payments.

finally got a call back from ebay and the work around was to enter my full account # with the erroneous last digit before the system would allow me to change the info.

 

now my bank wants 7 to 10 business days to return all the money t my account.

update: 1/18/21 and I still dont have my money.

 

finally got in touch with someone at my bank and the funds are being return to ebay.

Now back to aquare one where again I cant get into contact with anyone at ebay.

 

smh.

Lots of people have issues would be my explanation because before MP I usually got Ebay callback within minutes.
