I MADE "ONE TIME PAYMENT" FOR NO REASON AND NEED REFUND !

Hello, I made a one time payment to eBay earlier this day to try to get my account unrestricted the payment was $21.29 and i payed it but now i cant even sell anything because they are saying my ssn wont work so what was the point of paying the payment if I cant even use it for what it is for and I NEED A REFUND. I spoke to a customer service rep and they didn't even tell me what the real issue was with it so i waisted $20 for nothing and need it back.

Did you owe eBay seller fees is why your account was restricted, or did you call a number you found on the internet and they said there was a one time payment to reinstate?

Because the latter was not eBay.

If it was for fee's that you owed from the last time you sold, they won't give you a refund.

I found it on ebay and it was also a customer service agent who told me

If you owed money and paid it, still has nothing to do with the new 'registering to sell' things that have to be done.

2 different issues; and the 2nd issue would not have even been a thing had the 1st issue not been resolved. 

Like paying the tow truck company to get your car out of lock up but the car is out of gas so now you paid $300 to get your car out but still can't drive it. The tow truck company ain't giving your money back.

Both issues are your fault and both issues are yours to resolve.
