How to link PayPal to eBay? When I click on the PayPal account where the payment information is on eBay, it says "The ability to link a PayPal account is no longer available; however, any previously linked account remains active. If you are unable to create or revise listening due to this update, disable the Require immediate payment with buy it now Option in the listing ". What can be done about this? Or should I put in a listening?

@smartceylon2001, PayPal doesn't allow accounts in Sri Lanka to receive payments. so you can't use a PayPal account as an eBay seller. Any way, eBay is no longer allowing any sellers to use PayPal for payments, all sellers need to use Managed Payments instead.
According to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, it appears that people in Sri Lanka need to register as a business first, in order to be able to receive payments in foreign currency, to their BFCA (Business Foreign Currency Account). Here's a link to their website, then click on CAN YOU ACCEPT FOREIGN CURRENCY AS EARNINGS FROM YOUR BUSINESS ACTIVITIES IN SRI LANKA?
Then, you need to register for eBay managed payments, and you will need to have (or create) a Payoneer account when you do that. Your bank account, Payoneer account and eBay account all need to match, so if your bank account is a business account, your Payoneer and eBay accounts have to be business accounts too, and your name and address have to be spelled exactly the same. Payoneer will verify your identification documents, which may take a few days, or a few weeks.
For sellers in Sri Lanka, Managed Payments will be able to deposit your payments into your Payoneer account. Here's more information about managed payments for sellers outside the USA. There are other links on the export.ebay.com website that have a lot of information that should be helpful for you.

You can't use PayPal to receive payments. You're supposed to open a Payoneer account.

They need to update those YouTube videos.
Pay Pal is no longer an option to be paid and it never was for Sri Lanka.

eBay doesn't want you to say that you want payment by PayPal, or you accept PaayPal for payments because they don't want you to state you prefer one method over another method. eBay places the accepted methods a buyer can use in your listing. The buyer should not be influenced by the seller what method they should use.
