How do I process a partial refund for items that I have already been paid for

A buyer paid me for 4 sperate items through pay pal and is now requesting a discount on the shipping and hanling fee, how would I process that?

Go to Orders awaiting shipment and from the dropdown menu select Send refund.

I would refund after printing the label
