Ebay said they can't release my husbands funds when the package has been delivered. This was our money to buy our kids Christmas presents and they have now refused to give it to us, so our kids will not get Christmas. We sold our stuff so they could have Christmas. I am so mad.

Well, Christmas is still 25 days away. They will probably release the funds before then.

If your husband is a new seller, they can hold the funds for 30 days and he agreed to it when he listed the items.

If your husband is a new seller then he should have read the agreement which says eBay can hold the money for up to 30 days before releasing it.
