Has anyone else not made any money cause they got charged multiple times for the same label? I can't find anyway to fix this.

Any label can be cancelled for a full refund, as long as it wasn't scanned as used and there is a time limit to do so. Go back to the label and select to cancel this label. The system will tell you if the time has elapsed. It can take up to two weeks to get the refund, but you do get it. Best of luck to you....

No, I have never lost money due to purchasing more than one label for the same package.
Labels you’re not using can be voided.
In your seller hub click ORDERS tab look for SHIPPING LABELS click that then you will look for the item that you bought too many labels for. Click the ACTIONS drop-down menu the click VOID LABEL. It will take about 2-3 weeks to see the refund in your transaction history, there is no message or email sent when you are refunded for labels.
For future reference….Be careful not to click purchase label more than once.
