Help! I accidentally pushed "Payment Received" when It hasn't been. How do I change it?

I accidentally pushed "Payment Received" when payment has not been received.  I notified buyer but not sure what to do to retract "Payment Received."

eBay is light on undo buttons.   The buyer can ask you to cancel the sale and purchase it again.   You want to stay within the rules so asking for a payment by paypal would be verboten.

Ask the buyer to try and pay again.  eBay might have that option locked out now. Worth a try.
