I recently sold a DS game on eBay for $71. The product was delivered on may 5th and the buyer has made no complaints. The sale has had its “funds available” for around 6 days now and there has been no updates from eBay even within the app. The sale does not even show under my available funds, processing, or payouts tabs on the “all activity” section of the payment page on eBay. Additionally, I have received payments for other sales before and after this one, yet still no update on payment or even recognition from eBay that this specific sale is being processed or has been processed. It is almost as if eBay is ignoring the sale entirely due to its lack of appearance on pages where it would usually be located. There is seemingly no way to talk to an actual human representative or customer support at eBay, so I am left with many questions as to why this is happening. If anybody can give me an answer I would appreciate it.

ALL new eBay sellers will almost always have their funds held for 30 days after sale. This is explained somewhere in the new seller information (which I hope you have read).

@nomar_7565 @soh.maryl is absolutely correct.
Take a read through the new seller info. you should familiarize yourself with it, in case of issues with your sale, returns etc... As a new seller scammers will target you so if you have any problems; come back and ask for advice BEFORE you do anything..

For starters, does your item appear under "paid and shipped" orders? If it does, you should look at the order details and then back at your payment history. If not, then how did you get the order?
