Getting paid after refund

Hello, 

i’m a seller and under some circumstances I was obliged to close my paypal account and create a new one so before I close the account i refunded a payment to a buyer for an item that I sold to him, later the buyer contacted me via ebay and told me that he received the item and that he wants to pay me the refunded amount and ask me for my paypal email address, the problem is ebay doesn’t allow sharing email addresses through their messaging section, I contacted ebay custom service and here is the reply:

« Anass, I would like to share that as the transaction is get completed and buyer agrees to pay you the amount refunded by you, in this case you can share your PayPal email address to the buyer via eBay messaging section and tell them to pay the refunded amount. Be assured, this will not impact your account. »

But I still can’t share my email address.
