Frozen gift card

Well, this will make the 3rd time I've uploaded my handwritten note of username/date and picture of my gift card it's giving to me several months ago.  I was told that this issue was resolved about a month ago but apparently it wasn't I went to buy something today and lo and behold, the card comes back frozen.  This whole thing sounds very fishy to me.  I've never heard of a company just freezing people's gift cards out of nowhere.   I just bought three of my interns gift cards yesterday and no one's called me today telling me that they're frozen.  Silly Wawa, right?  Has anybody else experienced this and actually gotten their gift card UNfrozen???

 This is my first time going through this. I gotta wait till Friday on September 2nd. After sending the photos and username and date.  Did you ever get your gift card resolved. I’ll be checking back regularly

Just got mine unfrozen but then it froze during checkout. I was told by CS to wait about another 7 business days for it to unfreeze again and attached a note stating about the situation on a separate piece of paper.
