Final Value Fees not showing up in view payments for items sold.

Anyone else not able to see what their final value fees are on an item?  As of yesterday I can no longer see what the final value fee is for each Sale.  It shows shows the Promoted listing Sale ad fee if there is one - but not the main final value fee calculation. 

I can't tell if they just moved this information, or if it is a temporary bug.   I like to keep track of this information and would rather not have to start to calculate the information for each sale myself.

did you click on the small arrow to the right of the payment ??

That should show all fees with that payment.

The arrow is not longer there for my sales for the last 2 days, so I can't look at the details.

What page are you looking on?

Typically I'll click on the "View Payment Information" Link attached to each individual sale and it takes me the fees. However, for the last 2 days the "Fees" Column next to to item is staying blank.  Promoted Sales Ad fee is still showing up, but not the final value fee.

Alternatively you can go directly to the Payments Tab and Click on summary.  There you should see your sold items and next to them should be a little arrow you can click on that will take you to the Fee break down page, but my sales for the last 2 days do not have those arrows and nothing shows when I click on the item.  So for whatever reason, my final fees are not calculating.

I'm assuming if you can see yours, then it is just a bug for me and not a site-wide issue.  So looks like I'm going to have to contact Ebay directly.

You can also:

..run a payments report for just 1 day and see the fee

......look at the 'payout' on the right side when clicking 'payments' and do the math between sold price and what you got to see the fee

Well go to the order page and have to click through a few times to details to see if it shows there.

May be a new glitch going on. So far just you saying this is happening so may be a limited glitch.

I never go to the Summary page, I always go to All Transactions to see the fee's

I just looked and my Summary page still has the arrows.

The fee's do not show on that page either,  So it's definitely an isolated bug for me.  Thank you for confirming yours still show!
