Final Value Fee Credit

I viewed my recent  ebay invoice, and seen final value fees on canceled orders being charged to me.

However, when I go to my account credits, I also see, those canceled orders final value fees suppose to be credited to me.

Ebay is not really giving me credit on the canceled orders final value fees, because ebay is charging me to pay those same final value fees on all those canceled orders.

Is this another ebay trick to get money from sellers.

How is ebay saying they are giving a final value fee credit, at the same time wanting a seller to pay for that canceled order credit?

Re: Final Value Fee Credit

If you already paid the fee they credit it back to you. Usually it is credited back before your invoice is actually paid. If it happened near the end of month it might not be credited til the next month.

@robert22smithty

It is more of the managed payment nightmare.

If you cancel an order ebay will not let you use the pending payment to cover the return.

It is debited straight from your funds.

I would take the time to follow up and make sure you get the credit.

They have improperly issued credits for returns in the past.

If ebay wasn't hiding something, they would not make it so hard to find the credit.

You can search by item number, if you can find your Seller Account Page or Seller Activity page.
