Express payout fee

If you opted for Express Payment, even once, there is a $2 fee for the service.

Try removing your payout bank information, and add it again but don’t use the debit card attached to your account to do it. That seems to trigger treating payouts as Express Payouts.

Do a normal payout, that takes 1-3 business days, instead of express. These are completely free.
