Ebay is sending the wrong payout amount

I got a notification this morning that said eBay has sent a payout of $6.45 when I was expecting it to be over $20. I haven't been able to get to the right customer service article, does anyone know what I need to do? 

I know that may not seem like a lot but this is the first of about 50 items sold and that's going to add up. I need to get this fixed.

Just had the same issue. I'm $5.50 short of what was supposed to be sent.

Did they eventually resolve the issue?  I'm in the same situation right now, endlessly waiting for a call from customer service.  If that's how it's going to be, I'll be losing money instead of earning.

Exactly the same thing happened to me this week. I was owed 180$ and got 140$.

Lots of "payouts" with MP.

I have always gotten the stated amount.

The amount of a "payout" can be less than expected as seller fees, and shipping label fees(if using eBay labels) are deducted from the processing payment.

You simply likely forgot that the take their fees out first.

I am experiencing the same thing.  It is as if PayPal takes money out of my account for the shipping label and yet ebay doesn't pay me the shipping cost, from the customer. in my payout.  Anyone else experience that?

I expect you were looking at the "total" at the top and some are still pending?

Have you reviewed your Summary page for your MP account?  Or looked at the details?  It is unlikely this is happening.  It is likely you are just having a misunderstanding.  Look at the details, they are easy to find in your Selling Hub, Hover over the Payment tab.  From the drop down menu select Summary.
