Everything goes fine with me for past year, nothing has been changed(Name, Address, banking info, Account Status, Payout schedule). Starting Sep 1, Ebay stopped sending out payout. After two weeks of calling, i got same answer" We will need to verify your information, documentations, and the process takes 48-72 hours."
I got pushed away for two week with "48-72hours", Seems like no-one there wish to help.
For the 15 days, i have 55k (and still counting) locked into the ebay balance and waited to be cashed into my bank.
I totally understand they said policy has been changed, so they need to verify information, but as mentioned everything is the same (nothing has been changed). Document verification process is done, and passed. What is the hold up?
If any 1 have the same issue or experience? Plz shot some helps

How long will eBay allow Customer Service to continue ruining people's lives trying to sell on here? When people rant about eBay no longer caring about sellers, all you really need to do to uphold that argument is to point to Customer Service (or the absolute lack of). Ebay knows how their CS is working. Or not working. It's no secret to them. They simply don't care. Never thought I'd say that, but...

exactly, i have been waited for 5 rounds of 48 hours, and nothing, every time i called, i was told i need another 48 hours, or they need to verify the information.
nothing has been changed, what is the points. i do not think 55k is a big deal to company like ebay
