Everything goes fine with me for past year, nothing has been changed(Name, Address, banking info, Account Status, Payout schedule). Starting Sep 1, Ebay stopped sending out payout. After two weeks of calling, i got same answer" We will need to verify your information, documentations, and the process takes 48-72 hours."
I got pushed away for two week with "48-72hours", Seems like no-one there wish to help.
For the 15 days, i have 55k (and still counting) locked into the ebay balance and waited to be cashed into my bank.
I totally understand they said policy has been changed, so they need to verify information, but as mentioned everything is the same (nothing has been changed). Document verification process is done, and passed. What is the hold up?
If any 1 have the same issue or experience? Plz shot some helps

We're having the same issue, we've been on eBay for almost 9 years, have over 13,000 positive feedbacks with no negatives until this happened, we do approximately $2,000,000 a year in sales with eBay and on September 1st they stopped accepting payments, with zero notice for any of our sales and are holding the funds for items sold and delivered. We have been trying now virtually every day to reach someone and getting the run-around with no answers each time. Nothing has changed on our account since eBay went to managed payments. Every time we reached a human we were told that they cannot verify my ID which I have sent to them three times in color and in three different formats each time they confirm that they received the submitted pictures, PDF, etc. They did one time confirm that they could confirm our bank info and that we are licensed by both the state and the city and and all of our business information is correct including our Bank info, it is a nightmare that won't go away. ZERO customer service or assistance and no one has any idea how to fix the situation. All I can say if we treated our eBay buyers the way they treat their 'valued sellers' they would have fired us years ago.

It has been 22 days without sending out payout, 85k balance reached. called customer service millions of time, and been told thousands of reasons and waited hundreds of 24-72hours processing time. Still not getting any feedback, nor solutions.
As mentioned, everything on file is correct and it was proved by rep. today, customer service told me that this is the ebay system issue and give me another 7 days of wait time.
i would say, holding seller funds for over 22 days w/o any seller issues is not right
basically, you guys are pissing my company. i need a solution, please help.

This is what I suggest as this seems to be another Ebay issue with sellers who are established with bank accounts and receiving payments through Ebay Managed Payments. I'm seeing this complaint a lot today.
Contact Ebay via social media through Facebook. Here's the link:

These are US CS Reps who work for ebay.
The others are contracted labor and they are based overseas. They tell you what you want to hear, and then move you on your way. They will never call you back or follow up with your issues or requests.
The FB reps are your best option for solving your problems. Many positive posts on these boards with their ability to be helpful.
Get hold of them today and they will normally contact you within a 24 hour time frame. Sometimes less.
