Ebay Microdeposits issue. I have received 4 payments

Hello, I hope you can assist.

I have received four micro deposits from ebay to verify my account. however when I opened the page to enter the amounts, I noticed its asking for two payments and not for payments, therefore I don't know which amount I should enter.

Are you certain that you're not seeing two deposits and then two withdrawals? Are the amounts duplicated?  If so, you should double check that you're not seeing both the deposit and withdrawal on your bank page. If not, you may need to ask eBay to involve their payments team to intercede on your behalf. Probably easiest to do so through PM to one of their social media teams on twitter or facebook.

I tried all the amounts. ( 4 amounts were incoming amounts )  now I got this error :

You tried too many times to enter the test payment amount. Please enter a different bank account or use the bank login function.

Jesus, Now I am stuck and I don't have any other bank account :((((((

Either use the bank log-in feature as they suggest, or inquire through the CS on social media (FB or twitter) as was suggested here earlier.

The same thing happened to my husband. Just spent an hour on the phone with ebay and got nowhere but aggravated. It's not our fault OR our bank's fault. We have been told this is being "escalated" and someone will email us within 48-72 hrs as to what to do. Guess it's not as simple as them just retracting the 4 micropayments and sending two as they were SUPPOSED to do.
