The same thing happened to my husband. Just spent an hour on the phone
with ebay and got nowhere but aggravated. It's not our fault OR our
bank's fault. We have been told this is being "escalated" and someone
will email us within 48-72 hrs as to what...
I don't seem to have any menu on my app.....using an iPhone X.I guess I
will just have to uninstall the app. Reinstall it each time I want to
put pics on. That's the only reason I want the phone app anyway.
