Ebays new funds on hold policy

ebay's new policy on holding funds for up to 72 hours AFTER an item has been delivered is outrageous. They will lose thousands of sellers because of this . This is just a way to make interest on hard earned sellers money.

All of a sudden payments that are scheduled for every two days are not being sent,,,I sold an item on Thurs and shipped it Friday so payment should have been today Saturday,,,I have in the past also received payment in my bank on an occasional Sunday...

how to recover payment restriction after reinstate

my account reinstated from court order recently, but it is only the account, not the payment method, when clicks on payments still showing ups shows this "Your pay-outs are currently on hold because your eBay account is restricted" any helps guys?
