We have been selling motorcycle parts on eBay for years. When it comes to record keeping we would just download the IFF file from PayPal into our QuickBooks. Our managed payments are going to start within a few days and I would like to be prepared for record keeping. Is there a option to download a IFF file from eBay? Is that the best option? Does it download just like PayPal? If not what is my best option? I don't want to change our record keeping system if we do not have to.
I have started to use BANK2IFF (which is now called TRANSACTIONS) and was wondering what you are doing for the Ebay Collected Tax. Are you mapping it in Quickbooks or leaving it out since Ebay collects and pays?
