I asked for a call back 2xs now and they haven’t called still in an hour

I have used that and always did receive the call. They could just be busy.  You might have to make another request.  With the holiday and all this could be a bad time.

There are some circumstances where you don't really need a callback.

I've always had (nearly) instant responses when I message on the eBay facebook page, FWIW.
