Day 4. On demand payments are still not working. My debit card is verified and accepted, but you cant select on demand payments, the box is grayed out and not working. See screenshot below. I have opened a support ticket, but still no answers. Thanks for all your help.

Do you have "payouts" set for either weekly or monthly?
On demand will not work if set to "daily".

Hey @shopptom! It looks like based on your screenshot you are qualified for the one demand payouts (1 to 3 business days). And based on what we can see you are also meeting the basic requirements for the method of 30 minutes or less payouts which can be found here in the help pages. I would recommend that you reach out to our payments team here to have them look further into the account.

Did you ever get this resolved? After adding a new card and waiting the 48 hrs, it's doing the same on my account now.

My express payouts are also not working. The box is not grayed out but when I click "Request Payout" I get an error in a red banner "! We ran into a problem. Please try again". This has been happening since last night and I have probably tried again 30 times.
I received two payouts to this debit card a few days ago so I know that it works and that everything is (or at least was) set up correctly.

Day 9 for me as well @shopptom I have chatted and called numerous times to get the same canned response.
"Our team is aware of the problem and we're working on it"
Something major going on IDK, to me seems like their engineers should be able to identify the issue causing the problem by now.

Thank you! I have another 48 hour hold on my account, because they needed to verify my card again, even though it was already approved.

Hopefully this can get fixed soon for all of us. I have the same debit card linked to pay for eBay fees as well as for express payouts. It's amazing how the fees get charged right away without fail but when it comes to getting a payout there is suddenly a "glitch" 😐
