Checkout is instantly forgetting my payment info as I enter it

I click the paypal option but after logging in it makes me enter my debit information, which I should already have saved on the website, and it grays out the Paypal options. After entering my debit card info and hitting "done" it doesn't auto-select my card, and when I click it it just opens the tab to enter my card info again. It's not giving me any error message, it just isn't letting me actually pay.

Log into your Paypal account and double check that your debit card/bank account information is correct.  Have you linked your Paypal account to your ebay account?
