If your order had tracking, is it showing activity? 

If your order didn't arrive by the Estimated Delivery Date ( EDD) that was assigned to your order after shipment, you can file a claim for Item Not Received ( INR). This activates the Money Back Guarantee.

You will be asked to wait three days while the Bay asks the seller for the tracking for your order. If the seller fails to do so, can't show tracking, or it is shown to have been delivered to an address other than the one you provided, you will receive a refund.

 Be sure to read the details of the MBG CAREFULLY to be sure you file correctly.

So you have opened an Item Not Received claim already?

Bear in mind, we have no way to access your sensitive  account info, so even having all of your applicable order numbers and shipping dates,  I can't do much to help other than suggest that if you haven't already done so, file that INR as I outlined in my first reply.

× file within thirty days of the last EDD.

× contact seller once to be fair, then wait three days for their response.

× ask eBay to step in after the 3rd day if no joy from the seller.

× if eBay doesn't hear from the seller,  or the seller can't provide tracking showing the item was delivered, you will be issued a refund.

× enjoy the money back into your account.

No. I have not done anything but contact eBay.

No need to contact Ebay, just file an item not received case, if it is past the estimated delivery date. Go to your purchases and use the drop down menu.

Unfortunately, I think the OP is too late. If the ship date was 27 Sep 22. I'm guessing the EDD is also long past and beyond the stage where the MBG can do any good.

make a claim through PP if that was your payment method.

If no results there you go to your CC if that is the way you paid.

If its been another  three months and OP still  hasn't addressed this, then possibly ALL avenues are closed to getting a refund at this point.  There are time limits to get these issues fixed. I would have been on it at EDD + 1.
