Well that's great. Typical eBay AI bots messing things up. Although, your first picture is a little suggestive, I doubt they're looking at everyone's pictures.

That error message is likely being triggered by your use of the phrase "free gift" in the body of the description. Try removing that and listing again.

Had to come up with another way to say the bulbs are included but not what they are bidding on (do not want to get hit with a "defective item" return request due to the bulbs).
