Can not see the Payoneer option in Payment menu to connect

Hi, 
 Today I created an individual eBay and then Payoneer accounts. However, I can not see any option in Payment menu to link the eBay with Payoneer. 

How can it be resolved, please?

Do you wish to "buy", or do you wish to "sell"?

There may be restrictions for selling depending upon the type of account. (individual vs business)

Its a new individual account, purpose for selling.

I may be off the mark, but it is my understanding is that a "business account" is needed to link Payoneer for selling for some countries.

You can sell on either a personal or an eBay business account. What matters is linking the type of Payoneer account to match your eBay account. If you have a personal account you make an Individual Payoneer to link to eBay. If you have a business eBay account then you link a Company Payoneer account. 

You link from your Payoneer account to your eBay account when you are on Payoneer.

Payoneer lets you know right away if linking was successful.

Then it will take eBay 2-4 weeks to send you an email letting you know you are all set up. 

Don't  try to list until you get that email saying your account is activated.
