I can't be the only one annoyed with getting these messages every day. I know you sent my payment, it's in my bank account. Not only do I get the message on eBay but I get an email every time. Does anyone know how to stop these? ai can't figure out how.

Account Settings/Account Preferences/Communications Preferences/Selling Activity. UNSELECT 'Payout Sent'.

Thank you! I never knew that was even there. I just unchecked half the boxes.

Unfortunately, it didn't work for me: Account Settings/Account Preferences/Communications Preferences/Selling Activity. UNSELECT 'Payout Sent'.
I wish I could do this, but it doesn't even show me that option! I don't know why. I'm just a small seller, no store or anything like that.

Same for me. I cannot find the 'Payout Sent' option in the list of options to deactivate. These daily messages are annoying and I do not want to change my payout frequency to lessen the number of times I get this message. Why was this Communication Preference removed when the actual 'We sent your payout' message says you can choose to stop receiving this email?
The 'We sent your payout' message says: "You are receiving this email based on your eBay account preferences. To change which emails you receive from eBay, go to Communication Preferences in My eBay."
This is very misleading if the option has been removed. But why was it removed?

Same here. Can someone from eBay please fix this?
Unfortunately, there were was another threads like that was locked due to inactivity.

I just confirmed with eBay support that this feature is no longer available. And yes, the email footers is still incorrect.
Create an email filter instead, or if you're using customer support software, then see if it has ticket filtering options.
Here's how to do this in freshdesk

This is one email I would not remove. It is your electronic trail of that payment and confirmation of said. eBay messages are not there forever.
You can set up a rule withing your email provider to move these messages to another folder in your email, so you do not have to see them, but they are there if needed.

I find them useful. Why is it impossible for you to just ignore them? It takes about two seconds to delete them if they annoy you so much.

You can say it just takes a second to delete the daily and unnecessary emails, but if you get enough of these types of junk emails that you cannot stop such as this one, the seconds will add up and you will eventually be wasting real time, accidently deleting not meant to delete email etc. Total waste of time and ebay needs to bring back the option to stop the daily harassment!!!!!
