I have a few auctions that keep auto regenerating and I want to cancel
them completely. I've removed the automation rules but the listings
continue to recur. Any thoughts on how to completly remove/cancel these

I just confirmed with eBay support that this feature is no longer
available. And yes, the email footers is still incorrect.Create an email
filter instead, or if you're using customer support software, then see
