Buyer keeps getting a message that she needs to pay.

I need help with an order.  When the buyer purchased an item from me through a send offer to buyer.  She bought 2 items & I tried to combine the order but it wasn't working for me so I made it work so that the invoice could get paid by the buyer.   She did pay me but she still gets a message saying she owes money.  Please help.

Do you need to issue a partial refund so that the total matches the monies received by you? If so, you can do that using the drop-down menu to the left of the order. Select the amount of the partial, confirm and submit.

We need a bit more information.  You said the combined invoice in Ebay was not working for you so you made it work.  What does that mean?  What did you do to MAKE an Ebay invoice that wasn't working, work for you?  Exactly how did that happen?

We need this information to figure out what happened on the buyer's side as to why it is still showing as unpaid.
