Charged twice

Hey i ordered a phone screen for $145 and i was charged twice and the order also got cancelled got a message saying

Your payment didn't go through, so the order was canceled. Please pay for this item again.

What am i suppose to do how do i get my money back its such a difficult time i don't know what to do i am almost out of cash.
