I just sold 6 digital cards to some people recently for $1 each. I have listed these cards ages ago but now 3 different accounts bought 6 of them. I have received the money from pay pal but the only way I can give them their cards is if they give me their in game user name. I have emailed them all asking for their user name and I even put it in the description saying that they are digital cards and that they need to send me their account name. None of them have responded which is weird. Does anyone know if this is some scam

Don't see how it would be a scam as digital items are not covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee, so they can't open a INR case on you. That said, if they paid for the items with PayPal, you can locate their email address in the header of the PayPal payment notification you received. You might try sending a direct email. Otherwise, you'll just have to wait until they realize something is wrong.

Some buyers don't read.
Personally, I am digitally dumb.
Are these listings in the correct category?
Perhaps they are confused by this:
Condition is New. Sent with Australia Post Standard Small Box/Satchel.
or this:
Estimated between Mon. Oct. 5 and Fri. Nov. 20
As this is not listed in the "digital" category the buyer should have no problem getting a refund, as you can not prove delivery.

Be prepared to refund buyers.

coming back from my other post https://community.ebay.com/t5/Payments/Buyer-Paid-But-Not-Responding/m-p/31235070#M87935
its a but sus now because products that have gotten little to no views and have been listed for ages are now being bought up by people, Also when I ask them a question about the item they don't respond, I have only gotten one response saying "ok wait" and then that person didn't response back to it. Im thinking of shutting down my eBay account for a bit so this maybe blows over.
also is it possible to fake/add seller or buyer feedback to your account ??
Thanks James

No

It won't just blow over. You listed these items with a shipping option so you need to refund all these buyers and then list these items correctly.

You are missing the point. There is a category for Digital items....you did not list in that category.
You listed a shipping choice.
If reported to eBay you will get a violation on each of these listings.

You listed these in the PHYSICAL CARDS category.,..there is a category for DIGITALLY DELIVERED items...
If reported all these buyers will get their money back and you will most likely be suspended.
I'd get your 2 current listings down quickly before reported...or put them in correct category.

I understand where your going but I can’t find the digital category and when I look at other digital cards they are under the same category as mine , if there is a digital category could you tell me where to find it
thanks James

Ok but I can’t find the digital delivered category and when you look at other people listings they just put it under Star Wars trading cards like mine, also it doesn’t let me ship it digitally it only lets me post it via mail or local pickup. Also why don’t the buyers respond to my emails , 4 different buyers bought cards and conveniently none of them respond to my emails they just keep on avoiding it , little sus. If you could help me find the digital card category and how to add digitally sent packages that would be awesome 😄
thanks

I believe Collectibles > Virtual and Crypto Collectibles is a suitable category for your goods. The fact so many other sellers are listing in an improper category doesn't mean they aren't all also susceptible to the same violations previously mentioned in this thread.

I couldn’t find Virtual and Crypto Collectibles but would Collectibles / Science Fiction / Star Wars collectibles / other Star Wars collectibles , be ok

No, that is not okay place either.
If these cards are not physical items, and only digitally delivered, they should be listed/sold in the EVERYTHING ELSE category.
